Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:

- The candidates should be capable of working under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a client focus
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assign sales workers to duties, establish work schedules, and supervise and coordinate the activities of workers
- The candidates should be able to hire and train staff or arrange for their training and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- The candidates should be able to authorize the return of merchandise, organize and maintain inventory, and resolve problems such as customer complaints and supply shortages
