Salary: $15.60 to $17.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 35 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, capable of performing repetitive tasks efficiently, and comfortable standing for extended periods
  • The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate attention to detail

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas, set tables proficiently, clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs efficiently, and operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware effectively
  • The candidates should be able to serve customers at counters or buffet tables with courtesy, take customers’ orders accurately, and clean and sanitize the kitchen thoroughly, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
  • The candidates should be able to handle and store cleaning products safely, remove kitchen garbage and trash promptly, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors proficiently
