Salary: $17.20 to $17.21 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 44 hours per week
Employment Type: Term or contract Part time leading to full time

Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours, To be determined, Early Morning, Morning
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Accounting software, Quick Books, Electronic mail, Simply Accounting, Spreadsheet, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Internet, MS Windows
Security and safety: Bondable
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to handle a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and perform repetitive tasks
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be accurate, have a client focus, and possess excellent oral communication
- The candidates should be organized, reliable, and able to maintain efficiency under pressure
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to manage accounts receivable, prepare payroll, invoice clients, assess fixed assets and depreciation, and prepare income tax
- The candidates should be able to store, update, and retrieve financial data, perform clerical duties such as maintaining filing and record systems, and perform general office duties
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, prepare financial statements and reports, and prepare additional reports as needed
