Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of post-secondary education in Computer Science and Finance
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience designing and implementing SAP FI solutions
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should have strong organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- The candidate should be able to maintain confidentiality of information and work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should preferably hold SAP certification in FI/CO, demonstrate hands-on experience in configuring, analyzing, and supporting SAP FI and related modules (CO, AP, AR, AA)
- The candidate should have extensive experience mapping business processes and translating business requirements into design deliverables to implement effective SAP FI solutions
- The candidate should possess expertise in analyzing, troubleshooting, and sustaining SAP FI solutions, including providing third-level support and recommending process improvements
- The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of finance policies, procedures, and administrative functions
- The candidate should demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on customer service and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and senior-level management
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to act as a liaison between technology teams and business units
- The candidate should be able to serve as the SAP techno-functional expert and lead the design and implementation of SAP FI solutions, including integrations with other SAP modules and third-party systems
- The candidate should be able to provide functional guidance, coaching, and mentoring to SAP FI Functional Specialists
- The candidate should be able to lead the blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of S/4 HANA Finance and related third-party solutions, including Fiori apps
- The candidate should be able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to conduct business process analysis, deliver demos/prototypes, support testing, manage system cutover, and prepare documentation and training materials
- The candidate should be able to analyze and document current and future state business processes, assessing impacts on existing solutions
- The candidate should be able to translate user requirements into program specifications and communicate effectively with functional specialists, developers, and business users
- The candidate should be able to identify system and business impacts related to new functionality implementation and SAP FI Support Packs, and develop robust regression test plans
- The candidate should be able to provide third-level support for troubleshooting and resolving support incidents
- The candidate should be able to develop and implement change management strategies to support corporate adoption of new SAP solutions
