Requirements:

Education: Candidates should have completion of a bachelor’s degree in a technical field
Experience: Candidates should have 5 years of experience in program management
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should have experience managing programs involving security development, vulnerability management, or other security protocols
- The candidate should have 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
- The candidate should be familiar with developing for the open web, including participation in web standards bodies and experience with Chromium
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to lead cross-functional teams of developers and product managers in executing projects and programs from concept to launch, including planning, tracking progress, identifying and resolving issues, and managing dependencies
- The candidates should be able to design and roll out processes and tools to increase the velocity of development teams and the quality of product launches
- The candidates should be able to provide program management leadership for the portfolio of program priorities and establish effective partnerships with development and product leads
- The candidates should be able to deliver continuous transparency to keep core team members aligned and stakeholders informed
- The candidates should be able to leverage an understanding of feature development to identify and build new operational improvements and processes
