Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Area of specialization: Sales
Economic specialization: Retail business
Computer and technology knowledge: Travel software packages, Amadeus, MS Office, and Sabre
Travel bookings: Business travel, leisure travel, individual travel, group travel, domestic travel, international travel, adventure travel, and cruise ship
Type of experience: Call centre
Geographical areas of specialization: Canada, United States, Western Europe, Central Europe, Northern Europe, Mexico and Central America, South America, Caribbean, South Pacific, and Asia

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position


  • The candidates should be able to supervise clerical staff or other travel counselors, manage difficult situations with customers, and perform general office duties
  • The candidates should also be capable of selling travel products and travel insurance, utilizing principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services
  • The candidates should be proficient in calculating costs, processing refunds, attending to financial transactions, handling cancellations and schedule changes, and making transportation and accommodation reservations using a computerized system
  • The candidates should provide travel information to clients regarding destinations, transportation, accommodation options, and travel costs


  • The candidates will get learning/training paid by employer and free parking
