Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
Experience: Candidates should have 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have 2+ years of experience in building on web technologies and frameworks (JavaScript / ReactJS/ TypeScript / HTML / CSS /GraphQL )
- The candidates should possess experience with architecting UI design/development from scratch and establishing standards of modularity, reusability to operate at scale and experience in DevOps to maintain live services and/or application frameworks
- The candidates should have 4+ years of experience in building on web technologies and frameworks (JavaScript / ReactJS/ TypeScript / HTML / CSS /GraphQL )
- The candidates should have cloud and services experience, with Azure cloud experience highly desirable and a proven track record as a performer with significant direct technical contribution
- The candidates should demonstrate good analytical skills with a systematic and structured approach to software design
- The candidates should exhibit commitment to building highly scalable, highly reliable services and experience with or exposure to Agile and iterative development processes
- The candidates should demonstrate curiosity and willingness to learn, share, and improve and Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills
- The candidates should have the ability to communicate technical details clearly across organizational boundaries
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to design, develop, and operate features for large-scale distributed software services and solutions
- The candidates should be able to adhere to modern software engineering practices through design and code reviews
- The candidates should be able to perform system design through well-defined interfaces across multiple components, code reviews, and leverage data/telemetry to make decisions
- The candidates should be able to develop “best-in-class” engineering for services by ensuring that the services and the components are well-defined and modularized, secure, reliable, diagnosable, actively monitored, and reusable
- The candidates should be able to write clean and optimized code, improve test coverage for services, organize and implement integration tests, and resolve problem areas
- The candidates should be able to consider testability, portability/monitoring, reliability, and maintainability, and understand when code is ready to be shared and delivered
- The candidates should be able to gain a working understanding of Microsoft as a business and collaborate with mentors and leaders to contribute to cohesive, end-to-end experiences for users
- The candidates should be able to focus on customer/partner needs through a data-driven approach
- The candidates should be able to contribute to team success by taking part in rotational on-call/maintenance engagements
