Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, advise them on solutions, and provide a forward-looking financial plan, utilizing their knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection to help clients meet their goals
- The candidates should be able to engage in marketing and outreach activities to show clients value and commitment, growing their network and deepening existing relationships. They should work as one team to ensure clients are connected to the right people and opportunities
- The candidates should be able to become technology experts, sharing their knowledge by introducing clients to our mobile banking applications and helping them better manage their banking needs
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced Banking Centre as a member of the Personal and Business Banking team, making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives
- The candidates should be able to foster key relationships with clients, understand their financial and personal goals, provide informative and tailored service, and recommend the right products and solutions to contribute to their financial success
- The candidates should be flexible to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, to ensure a great client experience
- The candidates should be flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance, supporting the delivery of exceptional service
