Salary: $16.75 hourly for 40 to 60 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be willing to work outdoors, engaging in various tasks related to potatoes and vegetables, and comfortable with repetitive tasks, capable of handling heavy loads, up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- The candidates should be physically fit to perform demanding tasks, involving a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods, and adept at walking, as well as bending, crouching, and kneeling as required for the job
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to grade, hand-harvest vegetables, and plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- The candidates should be able to perform stone and/or wood picking, vegetable culling, and weed
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops, operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, and examine produce for quality, preparing it for the market
- The candidates should be able to sort and pack fruits and vegetables with precision
