Salary: $16.71 hourly for 40 to 60 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Area of specialization: Carrots and onions
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be adept at working in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure
- The candidates should be efficient in performing repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads and managing physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods, walking, and performing tasks that involve bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should possess manual dexterity
- The candidates should be capable of handling weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hoe crops, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, and engage in weeding activities
- The candidates should be able to perform vegetable culling, harvest crops, and clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens
- The candidates should be able to sort and pack fruits and vegetables, perform general farm duties, and maintain farm machinery, equipment, and buildings
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry
- The candidates should be able to clean and maintain the workspace and ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
