Transportation information: Own transportation, Valid driver’s licence, and Public transportation is not available
Work setting: Rural area

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Product inspection experience: Grains
Equipment and machinery experience: Farm truck, Tractor, and Forklift
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots and Gloves
Credentials: Air Brake (Z) Endorsement, Pesticide Applicator’s Licence, and Forklift Operator Certification
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be experienced in other grain farming and have expertise in potato and vegetable farming
- The candidates should be capable of handling repetitive tasks and have a keen attention to detail
- The candidates should be comfortable with walking as part of their duties and able to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be equipped with efficient interpersonal skills and demonstrate flexibility in their approach to tasks
- The candidates should be a team player and exhibit reliability in their work, while being quick learners
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to grade crops, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, and cut seeds
- The candidates should be able to fertilize and spray crops, harvest crops, and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- The candidates should be able to clean the work area
