Salary: $16.52 to $18.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 50 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Weekend, Overtime, Early Morning, Morning

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adept at handling repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads and physically fit for demanding tasks
- The candidates should possess hand-eye coordination for precise tasks and be capable of standing for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to bend, crouch, and kneel as required and be willing to work overtime as required
- The candidates should have a strong attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should exhibit reliability in fulfilling responsibilities
- The candidates should be team players, fostering collaboration with colleagues
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean crops, hand harvest vegetables, and report signs of insect or disease damage
- The candidates should be able to mix and prepare soils, perform clipping, and deleaf
- The candidates should be able to work with a vertical farming system, perform weeding, and handle shoot positioning
- The candidates should be able to clean greenhouses, perform lowering, and maintain and manage the growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes
