Location:  Winnipeg, MB
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning


Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Office

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position


  • The candidates should be able to schedule, confirm appointments, and answer telephone calls effectively
  • The candidates should be able to respond promptly to electronic inquiries and oversee the preparation of reports efficiently
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies, maintain inventory, and plan daily operations
  • The candidates should be able to arrange travel itineraries, make reservations, and coordinate incoming mail flow
  • The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems accurately
  • The candidates should be able to type, proofread correspondence, and perform data entry tasks efficiently
  • The candidates should be able to maintain and manage a digital database, perform basic bookkeeping, and consult with clients after sales
