Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to greet customers and answer phones, assist with the bookings of eye appointments, and help maintain standards of the Vision Centre (filing, cleaning, displays, organization)
- The candidates should be able to assist customers with their Vision Centre requests (choosing frames, accessories, repairs), aid in communication between vision parties (Opticians, customers, doctors), and have advanced POS transaction capability (interaction with benefits systems in addition to cash)
- The candidates should be able to maintain layaway and perform technical measuring of eyewear
