Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a high school diploma
Experience: Candidates should have warehouse experience

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to receive and inspect inbound product according to the established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), put away product in the correct location based on SOPs
  • The candidates should be able to receive returns, count and confirm quantities, determine condition, and complete required paperwork separate invoices and match to bills)
  • The candidates should be able to obtain orders, prioritize if necessary, and select products from proper storage locations, obtain and properly match up reprinted orders
  • The candidates should be able to verify the accuracy of picked orders, including product name, size, product code, lot number, expiration date, and quantity, and escalate concerns to the Lead or Supervisor, stage and securely pack product based on SOPs
  • The candidates should be able to place appropriate documentation with each order and ensure all cases are clearly labeled and accurately marked pick/pack slips, refrigerate stickers)
  • The candidates should be able to arrange for shipment pick-up, contact carriers for estimated time of arrival (ETA), and coordinate delivery schedules
  • The candidates should be able to handle products and perform duties according to client procedures, GMP/SOPs, and applicable government and compliance regulations, palletize cases, wrap, and load skids onto trailers efficiently and safely
