Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates must have college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assess clients’ needs and resources accurately to recommend the appropriate goods or services that meet their requirements effectively
- The candidates should be able to possess the skills to develop comprehensive reports and proposals illustrating the benefits derived from the use of goods or services, facilitating informed decision-making by clients
- The candidates should be able to be proficient in conducting sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce platforms, ensuring seamless and secure transactions
- They should be capable of providing valuable input into product design processes, especially when goods or services need to be customized to suit specific client needs
- The candidates should be able to have experience in developing and implementing schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs, ensuring the safety and functionality of equipment and facilities
- The candidates should be able to direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment’s machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems, overseeing all aspects of maintenance operations
- The candidates should be able to possess the ability to oversee the leasing of space in facilities and real estate, as well as develop effective marketing strategies to attract tenants
- The candidates should be able to have the expertise to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate construction projects aimed at modifying commercial, transportation, and recreational facilities and real estate properties
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of commercial, transportation, and recreational facilities, as well as the included real estate, ensuring efficient and effective management
- The candidates should be able to prepare or oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to their areas of responsibility, providing valuable insights for decision-making
- The candidates should be able to train customers’ staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of the equipment
