Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to establish work schedules and procedures effectively, coordinate activities with other work units or departments efficiently, and ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
- The candidates should be able to arrange for maintenance and repair work promptly, resolve work-related problems in a timely manner, and recruit and hire staff as per organizational requirements
- The candidates should be able to train workers in duties and policies comprehensively, arrange training for staff based on identified needs, and conduct performance reviews fairly and objectively
- The candidates should be able to coordinate, assign, and review work effectively, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as necessary, and plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization proficiently
