Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent, which is required
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- The candidates should be able to lift up to 70lbs
- The candidates should be able to work 25 hours per week
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should meet local age and operations requirements to operate a vehicle
- The candidates should have Microsoft Office skills
- The candidates should demonstrate familiarity with both UPS’s and competitors’ core service offerings
- The candidates should demonstrate negotiation techniques
- The candidates should demonstrate a detailed understanding of supply chain concepts and be able to recommend solutions to issues
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, receive, sort, and stock packages
- The candidates should be able to perform all work in a warehouse setting
- The candidates should be able to perform general labor tasks, including unloading packages from trailers and loading packages into UPS trucks based on the final destination city/postal code
