Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence
Work Setting: Urban area, Warehouse, Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre
Supervision: No supervision responsibility
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Experience and specialization: Dollies and hand trucks
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in dusty environments and able to work in noisy conditions
- The candidates should be willing to perform repetitive tasks and have attention to detail
- The candidates should be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling as necessary, able to manage a combination of sitting, standing, and walking tasks, and able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) if required
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment, pick orders and stock, and pack and unpack goods
- The candidates should be able to sort, crate, and stack goods, transport and distribute materials and goods, and organize and maintain inventory
