Requirements:

Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Other trades certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years
Area of specialization: Cleaning, Clock assembling, Repair, and Watch assembling
Credentials: Jewellery Manufacture and Repair Trade Certification
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be accurate, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and have a client focus
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication, exhibit sound judgment, and be team players
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean all parts thoroughly using special cleaning and rinsing solutions, as well as ultrasonic or mechanical cleaning machines, to ensure the removal of dirt and debris
- The candidates should be able to accurately fabricate or fit parts for watches and clocks using appropriate tools and techniques
- The candidates should be able to effectively instruct apprentices, sharing knowledge and skills to support their development in watchmaking and clockmaking
- The candidates should proficiently perform repairs and adjustments on watches and clocks, identifying issues and restoring functionality
- The candidates should be capable of supervising other jewelers or watch repairers, offering guidance and support to ensure quality workmanship and efficiency
- The candidates should meticulously test, adjust, and regulate timepiece movements to ensure accurate timekeeping and performance
