Shifts: Day, Weekend, Overtime, 07:00 to 16:00

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years
Welding techniques: Shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) (TIG), TIG
Equipment and machinery experience: Arc welding machine and spot welding machine
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in all weather conditions
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be prepared for repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads and be capable of handling physically demanding work
- The candidates should possess manual dexterity and attention to detail, as well as demonstrate hand-eye coordination
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and be willing to work overtime when required, including handling weights exceeding 45 kg (100 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize client focus and possess efficient interpersonal skills, as well as demonstrate excellent oral communication
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility, be organized, and be team players
- The candidates should prioritize punctuality, be hardworking, and have the ability to multitask
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to interpret welding process specifications accurately and operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment proficiently
- The candidates should be able to read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals, and processes effectively, examine welds meticulously to ensure they meet standards, and operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment skillfully
- The candidates should be able to fit, braze, and torch-straighten metal accurately, determine the weldability of materials competently, and operate hoisting and lifting equipment safely and efficiently
- The candidates should be able to operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products proficiently, operate previously set-up brazing or soldering machines accurately, and maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment diligently
