Salary: $23.00 to $35.00 hourly (to be negotiated) 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Duncan, BC
Shifts: Day, Overtime, Morning
Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence, Willing to travel regularly, Vehicle supplied by employer, Own vehicle
Work setting: Relocation costs not covered by employer, Willing to relocate, On-site customer service, Rural area, Urban area
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Equipment and machinery experience: Chemical cleaning equipment, Power tools, Pressure washers, Pressure cleaners
Cleaning experience: Siding and eavestroughs, Windows
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Credentials: Aerial lift and aerial work platform Certification, Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) Certification, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate, Working at heights training, First Aid Certificate
Security and safety: Criminal record check, Driving record check (abstract), Driver’s validity licence check, Bondable
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be physically demanding, and a repetitive tasker
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to stand, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to handle weight Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads
- The candidates should be able to do manual dexterity
- The candidates should be able to work at heights, in wet/damp area, outdoors, hot area, dusty area, and cold/refrigerated area
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be client focus, dependable, organized, and reliable
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication, efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to operate cleaning machines
- The candidates should be able to wash and clean interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service
