Salary: $18.00 to $25.00 hourly (To be negotiated) 32 to 50 hours per week
Employment Type: Seasonal employment Full time – On the road job
Location: Midland, ON
Shifts: Day, Evening, Flexible Hours, Early Morning, Morning, 08:00 to 19:00
Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence, Own transportation
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Cleaning experience: Windows
Equipment and machinery experience: Pressure washers
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Rain gear
Credentials: Aerial lift and aerial work platform certification, working at heights training, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) certificate, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) clearance certificate, and First Aid certificate
Security and safety: Bondable, driver’s validity licence check, driving record check (abstract), and criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, even at heights, and able to work in wet or damp conditions
- The candidates should be able to work in hot environments and be prepared to work in dirty conditions
- The candidates should have good manual dexterity, a strong attention to detail, and be able to stand for extended periods
- The candidates should be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling, capable of handling heavy loads, and physically fit for demanding tasks
- The candidates should be willing to perform repetitive tasks, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be available for overtime when required
- The candidates should be able to lift weights of up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs), 23 kg (50 lbs), and 45 kg (100 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be dependable in fulfilling their responsibilities and organized in their work approach
- The candidates should demonstrate reliability in completing tasks and be team players, capable of collaborating effectively with others
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to wash and clean interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces
