Shifts: Day, Night, Overtime, Morning

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Equipment and machinery experience: Small hand tool, Nail guns and Pneumatic devices
Area of work experience: Truss manufacturing and building

- The candidates should be capable of working in noisy environments, maintaining focus and effective communication despite auditory challenges
- The candidates should be adept at efficiently managing tasks in a fast-paced environment with dynamic and rapidly changing conditions
- The candidates should have a keen attention to detail, ensuring precision and thoroughness throughout their work
- The candidates should be flexible, capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling as necessary for specific job requirements
- The candidates should possess proficient hand-eye coordination, facilitating the precise execution of tasks
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads, showcasing physical strength and endurance for lifting and carrying tasks
- The candidates should exhibit manual dexterity, demonstrating skill and precision in tasks requiring fine motor skills
- The candidates should be physically fit, comfortable with physically demanding tasks that require strength and stamina
- The candidates should be accustomed to repetitive tasks, ensuring consistency and accuracy in their work
- The candidates should be capable of standing for extended periods, maintaining focus and efficiency in a stationary position
- The candidates should be able to lift weights up to 45 kg (100 lbs), meeting the physical requirements of the job

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assemble door panels, trusses, or modular components to make prefabricated housing.
- The candidates should be able to read blueprints, written specifications, and production drawings
