Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate o
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate and instruct athletic, fitness, or sports activities and techniques effectively, ensuring proper form and safety, instruct groups and individuals in arts and crafts, fostering creativity and skill development, and assist with the coordination of recreational, sport, and fitness events, contributing to their success
- The candidates should be able to lead groups and individuals in recreational or leisure programs, providing guidance and encouragement, plan and carry out recreational, fitness, and sports activities, tailoring programs to meet participant needs, and train and supervise staff, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality programs
- The candidates should be able to schedule activities, keep logs, maintain records, and prepare reports to track progress and outcomes, lead and instruct groups effectively, creating a positive and engaging atmosphere, and lead and instruct individuals, providing personalized guidance and support
- The candidates should be able to conduct therapeutic recreational or athletic activities, promoting physical and emotional well-being, assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring they can fully participate in activities, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times, prioritizing participant well-being
- The candidates should be able to assemble supplies, sports, and game equipment, ensuring they are available and in good condition, and monitor recreational, sports, or fitness activities to ensure safety and provide emergency or first aid assistance when required
