Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should 1 year of experience in working with clients and achieving sales results. Prior banking experience in a similar capacity is an asset

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be flexible to work our banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends
  • The candidates should be flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance to help deliver a great client experience

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced Banking Centre where they’ll make a meaningful difference in our clients’ lives as a member of the Personal and Business Banking team
  • The candidates should be able to foster key relationships with clients, understand their financial and personal goals, provide informative and tailored service, and recommend the right products and solutions that will help their financial success as a Financial Services Representative
  • The candidates should be able to meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, advise them on solutions, and provide a forward-looking financial plan as part of client engagement
  • The candidates should be able to use their knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection to help clients meet their goals during client engagement
  • The candidates should be able to engage in marketing and outreach activities to show clients they value them and their communities as part of relationship building
  • The candidates should be able to grow their network, deepen existing relationships, and work as one team to ensure clients are connected to the right people and opportunities during relationship building
  • The candidates should be able to become a technology expert and share their knowledge by introducing clients to our mobile banking applications, helping them to better manage their banking needs by leveraging technology
