Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization: Correspondence, Reports and records, Statistics, Financial statements, Invoices, and Charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be adaptable to a fast-paced environment, able to work effectively under pressure, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
  • The candidates should be willing to handle repetitive tasks and possess a high level of attention to detail

  • The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer the telephone, relay calls and messages, and answer electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, order office supplies, and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • The candidates should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail, coordinate the flow of information, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
