Shifts: Day, 08:30 to 16:30
Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence, Own transportation
Work setting: Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Computer and technology knowledge:Â Inventory control software
Security and safety:Â Basic security clearance, credit check, criminal record check, and driving record check (abstract)

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to answer written and oral inquiries, address customers’ complaints or concerns, and provide information to customers
- The candidates should be able to arrange for billing for services, arrange for refunds and credits, and explain the type and cost of services offered
- The candidates should be able to issue receipts and other forms, maintain records and statistics, and perform general office duties
- The candidates should be able to receive payments, maintain and manage digital databases, handle administrative and office activities, and schedule and confirm appointments while demonstrating professionalism in customer service
