Salary: $20.00 to $30.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 to 50 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Overtime
Transportation information: Own transportation and Own vehicle
Work setting: Construction, Various locations, and Residential
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Own tools/equipment: Tools and Steel-toed safety boots
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work at heights
- The candidates should be able to work outdoors
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be reliability and punctuality
- The candidates should be a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements and should be able to prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools
- The candidates should be able to measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials and should be able to build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
- The candidates should be able to fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware and should be able to instruct apprentices
