Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hire, supervise, and schedule staff, establish work schedules and procedures, and resolve work-related problems
- The candidates should be able to organize and direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, plan and estimate labor and materials, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
- The candidates should be able to plan, manage, and supervise landscape construction work, tender and administer contracts, and supervise nursery and greenhouse workers
