Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Student status: Full-time enrollment
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows
Security and safety: Criminal record check, Child Abuse Registry check, and Adult Abuse Registry check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work effectively under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
  • The candidates should be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting and demonstrate attention to detail in their work, efficiently handling repetitive tasks
  • The candidates should be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to process classification, staffing, and other personnel documents, manage the personnel information database, and store, update, and retrieve personnel-related data
  • The candidates should be able to screen job applicants, type, and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and send and receive messages
  • The candidates should be able to provide general information to clients and the public, work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases, and photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing
