Salary: $45,000 to $58,000 annually (to be negotiated) 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment – Full time
Location: North York, ON
Supervision: 3-4 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Asset languages: Mandarin, Cantonese
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 yearsโ
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to work in tight deadlines with attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be flexible, organized, and judgmental
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, and be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to establish and implement policies and procedures, assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs, oversee the classification and rating of occupations
- The candidates should be able to plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage contracts, manage training and development strategies
- The candidates should be able to oversee the analysis of employee data and information, oversee development of communication strategies, oversee the preparation of reports
- The candidates should be able to advise senior management, respond to employee questions and complaints, negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers
- The candidates should be able to organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures, oversee payroll administration, plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
