Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 hourly (To be negotiated)for 37.5 hours per week
Employment Type: Seasonal employment Full time
Location: Lachine, QC
Shifts: Day, Weekend, 07:45 to 16:15
Transportation information: Own transportation, Willing to travel
Work setting: Urban area, Furniture store
Type of products: Building materials (other than lumber), Furniture and house furnishings

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language and should be Bilingual
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to provide advice about merchandise, estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
  • The candidates should be able to greet customers, discuss the type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental, or lease, and prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease
  • The candidates should be able to prepare sales, rental, or leasing contracts and accept cash, cheque, credit card, or automatic debit payment
