Supervision: 3-4 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, determine the type of services to be offered, and implement operational procedures
  • The candidates should be able to balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, conduct performance reviews, and cost products and services
  • The candidates should be able to enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, organize and maintain inventory, and monitor revenues, modifying procedures and prices as needed
  • The candidates should be able to ensure health and safety regulations are followed, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • The candidates should be able to develop, implement, and analyze budgets, participate in marketing plans and implementation, set staff work schedules, and monitor staff performance
  • The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, provide customer service, recruit, train, supervise staff, and lead/instruct individuals
