Salary: $80,000 to $85,000 annually (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time – Remote work available
Location: Vancouver, BC
Shifts: 09:00 to 17:00
Work setting: Remote location

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years
Area of specialization: Management, Sales, and Project management
Computer and technology knowledge: Jira, Business diagram software, and MS Office

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have attention to detail

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange training for staff and conduct performance reviews
  • The candidates should be able to work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field, and lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts
  • The candidates should be able to assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, provide customer service, and offer coaching
  • The candidates should be able to confer with clients to identify requirements, develop specific plans to prioritize, and consult with clients to determine project needs
