Salary: $20.00 hourly for 30 hours per week

Work setting: Private sector and freight forwarding
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: Candidates must have knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Electronic scheduler, Dispatch management service software and MS Outlook
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in fast-paced environment, work under pressure and also pay attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in an organized way and also in a flexible environment
- The candidate should be a team player
- The candidate should have an excellent oral and written communication
- The candidate should have specialization on transportation
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, establish work schedules and procedures and also train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- The candidate should be able to ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, monitor quality and production levels, prepare and submit progress and other reports, requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies, resolve work related problems and also prepare and submit reports
