Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to lift 40 pounds by bending, climb, stand, and move around on stairs, ladders, and platforms in our manufacturing atmosphere
- The candidate should be able to twist, turn, bend, and stand on concrete floors for extended periods of time
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should have interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- The candidate should have a basic knowledge of computers
- The candidates should hold a valid G2 or higher Ontario Drivers License.
- The candidates should ensure they are including their detailed education and work experience in their resume.
- The candidates should have a willingness to work full-time hours and 12 hours rapid rotating shifts, which include days, nights, and weekends
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to keep production flowing in their area, meeting performance goals, following safe practices, and maintaining the high level of quality that consumers expect from our products
- The candidate should be able to perform various types of work, including driving fork and clamp trucks and running high-speed converting and packing equipment
- The candidate should be able to work well individually and as part of a team, handling multiple priorities
- The candidate should be able to maintain and clean automated equipment in the manufacturing setting
