Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be flexible
- The candidates should possess sound judgment, be organized, and be reliable
- The candidates should be team players with a strong commitment to reliability
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to minimize hazards at all stages of the food production process and train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- The candidates should be able to recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions, and prepare production and other reports
- The candidates should be able to recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, and supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule activities of workers
- The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules, co-ordinate work activities with other units, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
