Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution or equivalent experience

  • The candidates should have experience in providing advice and guidance on procedures, policies, regulations, or legislation to others in a work-related setting
  • The candidates should have experience working in a call center environment and/or working in an operational environment dealing with the public (or external clients)

  • The candidates should be proficient in effective interactive communication (oral)
