Salary: $16.00 hourly for 40 hours per week

Location: Calgary, AB
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be in a fast-paced environment and physically demanding and performing repetitive tasks
The candidates should be standing for extended periods and be able to handle up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

The candidates should be efficient and hardworking and have a positive attitude
The candidates should be proactive and quick learners and be dependable
The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills and be flexible and organized
The candidates should be reliable

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to operate cash register and computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems and be able to provide advice about merchandise
The candidates should be able to assist in display of merchandise and conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce and be able to estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates
The candidates should be able to greet customers and discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental or lease and maintain sales records for inventory control
