Salary: $27.50 to $33.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 35 to 45 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Vancouver, BC
Shifts: Day, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, Flexible Hours, Early Morning
Work setting: Various locations

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Equipment and machinery experience: Power tools
Own tools/equipment: Hard hat, Safety glasses/goggles, and Steel-toed safety boots
Credentials: Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) Certification
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be comfortable working at heights and be cautious and aware when working in potentially dangerous conditions
• The candidates should be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and be okay with working in wet or damp environments
• The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail in their work and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• The candidates should have good hand-eye coordination and be physically capable of handling heavy loads as part of their duties
• The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure, meeting the demands of the job with ease

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should possess excellent oral communication skills and be highly organized in their work approach
• The candidates should be team players, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues, and demonstrate resourcefulness in problem-solving situations
