Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in a supervisory role

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a good knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
  • The candidates should have a good knowledge of Excel; SAP is considered an asset
  • The candidates should possess good communication and coaching skills
  • The candidates should have good organizational skills, teamwork abilities, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan and prioritize the warehouse activities pertaining to the specific area (reception, storage, and expedition)
  • The candidates should be able to manage the individual KPIs of his team (CVP audit and follow-up, etc.)
  • The candidates should be able to lead team meetings to communicate evening plans (lifts and trans-pallets drivers, containers, etc.)
  • The candidates should be able to propose solutions to optimize productivity through process review and solve problems
  • The candidates should be able to run reports many times a night to follow up on action plans, gaps like missing boxes, pick and put priorities, etc.
  • The candidates should be able to check on price errors
  • The candidates should be able to issue CVP reports, communicate action plans, and decide on evening shift priorities
  • The candidates should be able to conduct research on SAP as needed and address discrepancies
  • The candidates should be able to promote best practices and compliance with Health and Safety norms
  • The candidates should be able to prepare and participate in the transition meeting between the day and evening team – ensuring all information is passed on to the day shift
  • The candidates should be able to coach and develop team members
  • The candidates should be able to develop evening action plans based on SAP data, incidents, CVP meetings, etc., and enter in UTRACK
  • The candidates should be able to prepare pick for the next day
  • The candidates should be able to conduct an audit on CDI process
