Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical requirement:
- The candidates should be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly for up to 10 hours per day
- The candidates should be willing to work in temperatures between +12°C and -24°C continuously, specifically for PDC locations
Other Requirement:
- The candidates should possess steel-toed safety shoes/boots for the first day of work
- The candidates should be prepared to use other safety personal protective gear as required, which will be provided
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to be responsible for the receiving, order filling, and shipment of freight into and out of the DC
- The candidates should be able to perform general warehouse duties, including loading/unloading trailers
- The candidates should be able to work in the picking, receiving, and shipping areas as business dictates
- The candidates should be able to replenish and restock inventory/customer products
- The candidates should be able to maintain order filling performance expectations of the job function while ensuring picking accuracy
- The candidates should be able to adhere to all operations policies and procedures
- The candidates should be able to maintain associate-related programs and procedures, including health and safety and housekeeping programs, to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policy
