Salary: $17.59 hourly for 25 to 40 hours per week

Work setting: Urban area and restaurant

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform tasks under pressure
• The candidates should be physically fit for demanding tasks and capable of standing for extended periods

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and demonstrate excellent oral communication
• The candidates should demonstrate initiative, organization, and reliability, along with being team players

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to clean the bar area, wash glassware, and store beverage and food products
• The candidates should be knowledgeable in advising on wine selection and providing recommendations on drink selections
• The candidates should be able to enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, as well as collect payments for beverages
• The candidates should be skilled in preparing mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages, and taking beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons
