Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be comfortable performing repetitive tasks and be prepared for physically demanding work
• The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads and have good hand-eye coordination
• The candidates should have the ability to distinguish between colors and be able to stand for extended periods
• The candidates should be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling, and able to handle a combination of sitting, standing, and walking

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration, and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing tasks and situations
• The candidates should be organized in managing their responsibilities and tasks, and be reliable in fulfilling their duties and commitments

Candidate Status:

• Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
• International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should have experience in fruit and vegetable combination farming and be familiar with other miscellaneous crop farming practices
• The candidates should be comfortable working in or on water and able to work in wet or damp conditions
• The candidates should be accustomed to various odours associated with farming and prepared for dusty conditions
• The candidates should be able to work in hot environments and in cold or refrigerated environments as required
