Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Bachelor’s degree in Food Science
Experience: Candidates should have HACCP experience

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to travel 25% of the time to other factories

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should have HACCP Compliance and Enforcement; Compliance with KHC, CFIA and LGFSPN requirements
• The candidates should provide factory, SE or supplier assessment KHMS, Platinum, Gold Rules or audit support and prepare for factory audits, Golden Rules and KHMS assessments, and corrective actions
• The candidates should ensure factories are always audit ready and provide leadership for the KHMS,  FSSC or QCMS program
• The candidates should conduct factory visits, document observations, and create actionable follow-ups and plan and execute against quality KPI improvement plans
• The candidates should provide quality training and development and plant support and and respond to emerging trends through robust data analysis and a PDCA approach to establish root cause
• The candidates should conduct special situation investigations and on-site factory assessments (Boots on the Ground) and communicate or escalate issues
• The candidates should improve and support non-compliant raw materials of supplier quality and provide SAP Support, Quality Data Systems, Meridian or Quality Suite
• The candidates should have the ability to influence internal and external business partners, assess and manage risk, and communicate throughout the supply chain
• The candidates should be bilingual (English and French) to communicate with factories in the United States and head office in Toronto
• The candidates should have experience with ISO and FSSC 22000 and Six Sigma Green Belt

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to manage plant programs including GMP, allergen management, laboratory, and analysis support
• The candidates should be able to ensure compliance with Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS), Golden Rule Compliance, and Quality Safety Policy (QSP)
• The candidates should be able to implement and support Kraft Heinz Marketing Programs, such as STAR
• The candidates should be able to monitor and achieve key KPIs/MBOs including Food Safety Index (First Time Right, Reduction in Consumer Complaints), Golden Rule Compliance, and Quality and Food Safety Assurance
• The candidates should be able to monitor and ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards
