Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years
Area of specialization: Engine repair, 4-wheel drive, Electrical and electronic system, Diesel engines, Diagnostics, Alignment, steering and suspension, Brake system, Hydraulic system, Fuel and emission system, Ignition and electrical system, Automatic transmission, Standard transmission, Engine repair and overhaul, and Auto body repair
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Security and safety: Bondable and Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have good hand-eye coordination
• The candidates should have attention to detail and manual dexterity
• The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of automotive systems and repair or replace mechanical units or components
• The candidates should be able to test and adjust repaired systems and units to manufacturer’s specifications and perform scheduled maintenance service
• The candidates should be able to advise customers on work performed, future repair requirements, and provide customer service
• The candidates should be able to complete reports to record problems and work performed
