Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a high school diploma
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to find creative solutions to complex customer situations
  • The candidates should be effective multi-taskers who can work independently with a minimum of supervision
  • The candidates should be eligible to work in Canada and available to work in shifts

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be available to attend and successfully pass our approximately twelve (12) week full-time paid initial training program
  • The candidates should be able to be a knowledgeable source of information regarding flights, fares, destinations, and special offers
  • The candidates should have customer service experience within a call center environment and previous travel industry experience
  • The candidates should have working knowledge of computer applications and the internet

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to use Air Canada’s in-house reservation system to make new flight reservations or modify existing bookings
  • The candidates should be able to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely resolutions to customer inquiries
