Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial planning

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to cultivate strong partner relationships

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a Financial Planning Designation (IPF) or be in the process of completing it
  • The candidates should have proven networking and client acquisition skills and a Mutual Funds License (IFIC or CSC)
  • The candidates should be fluent in French to serve RBC’s French-speaking customers in this market

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to provide tailor-made financial planning advice and solutions using an unparalleled array of investment and portfolio solutions, including best-in-class proprietary and select third-party mutual fund solutions
  • The candidates should be able to acquire and consolidate existing and new-to-RBC clients
  • The candidates should be able to connect clients with the right RBC team members to help continuously meet their
  • The candidates should be able to develop external business referral sources through networking, marketing, and their centers of influence
