Transportation information: Public transportation is available, Willing to travel, and Willing to travel regularly
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Credentials: CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate
Security and safety: Criminal record check, Medical exam, Reference required
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads, manage physically demanding tasks, and perform repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be willing to work overtime as required, work under pressure, and be attentive to detail
- The candidates should be capable of weight handling and able to handle weights up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a strong client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills
- The candidates should be flexible, show initiative, and have good judgment
- The candidates should be organized, reliable, and a team player
- The candidates should have strong time management skills, patience, and demonstrate honesty
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to follow parents’ lead with toilet training, assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- The candidates should be able to shop for food and household supplies, travel with the family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties, and wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens
- The candidates should be able to bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, and instruct children in personal hygiene and social development.
- The candidates should be able to keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children, maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, and organize activities such as games and outings for children
- The candidates should be able to prepare and serve nutritious meals, supervise and care for children, take children to and from school and appointments, and tend to the emotional well-being of children
- The candidates should be able to help children with homework and cook
